Building a baby registry? Getting a gift for an expectant mama in your life?
These are my go-to’s

  • Colostrum Collector Kit

Use these to collect, store, and freeze colostrum either during the end of pregnancy (with clearance by your OB provider) or immediately postpartum.

  • Silverette Silver Nursing Cups

These little miracle-workers are incredible for nipple healing and comfort for mothers experiencing nipple soreness or trauma while nursing. They’re a little pricey, but they’re the real deal! A staple for any nursing mother.

  • My Breast Friend Nursing Pillow

This wrap-around nursing pillow with lumbar support has a strap that snaps it into place around your waist for secure support while nursing. The cover removes for easy washing, and it even has a water bottle holder. It is more of a firm memory foam feel compared to other nursing pillows, which are softer (and therefore less supportive).

  • Haaka Ladybug Soft Breast Shell

This silicone shell sits inside your bra on the opposite side while you nurse, to passively catch any milk that is let down on that side, to save for later! This is NOT stimulating to the breast; it simply catches milk.

  • Haaka Silicone Pump

Place this on the non-nursing breast to catch your letdown; removes milk with gentle suction. It is stimulating to the breast since there is suction involved.

  • Organic Nipple Ointment

If you’re going to use a nipple ointment, this is my favorite. It is organic and free of lanolin, petroleum, and preservatives. You do NOT need to wash this one off before nursing or pumping.

  • Hydrogel pads

These cooling, soothing beauties are amazing for providing nipple comfort for the mother that is healing from nipple trauma, while working on latch or other nursing difficulties. You can re-wet them and re-apply throughout the day for 24 hours of total use. These are purely for comfort.

  • Breast Cold / Hot Packs

These little gel packs are shaped in a circle, for easy application to the breast. Either place them in the freezer to use as cold compress when you need inflammation relief / comfort, or you can warm them up per package instructions for a warm compress if needed. They are relatively thin and fit great in your bra.

  • Muslin Nursing Cover

If you want to cover while nursing in public, this one’s for you. It’s lightweight, breathable, and easy to see baby with the firm rim at the top. The color options for these are gorgeous, versatile neutrals.

  • Breastmilk Freezer Tray

Use this silicone tray to freeze your breastmilk in 1/2 ounce portions. Once frozen, you’ll want to move them into a freezer-safe breastmilk storage bag. You can then grab one or two or more to thaw the exact amount you want to use for baby. These can be used later on to store baby food / purees, if desired!

  • Disposable Nursing Pads

Do you prefer a disposable option for nursing pads? These truly do keep you dry and absorb very well. They even have the option to use the little adhesive on the back so they stick to your bra, if that’s helpful to you.

  • Reusable Nursing Pads

Prefer a reusable option? These are a mama favorite. One set is for daytime use (regular) and the other is for overnight (thick, super absorbent). They are soft, comfortable, and washable; made from bamboo.

  • Coboo Pumping Spray

Take it from a mother who exclusively pumped for a year— you want to lubricant your flanges! Lubrication provides a much more comfortable pumping experience. This spray allows you to apply it to the flange without worrying worrying about making the flange dirty with your hands. It is made with natural food-grade ingredients and is hypoallergenic, vegan, and safe for baby.

  • Wet/Dry Pumping Bag by Sarah Wells

I used this exact bag for over 2 years total for both my girls. It has both wet and dry compartments, plus a wet mat to use as a clean space for set up and clean up after pumping— perfect for the pumping mother. Bonus: it comes in several really beautiful patterns.

  • Ceres Chill Breastmilk Storage

This one is a little pricey, but worth it! Store your pumped milk for 20+ hours in this little thermos- just add ice! You can pump directly into the bottle if desired; it is compatible with most pumps!

  • On-the-go Breast Pump Cleaning Wipes

These little guys are a lifesaver when pumping on the go. No place to wash your parts? No problem! They are hypoallergenic and fragrance-free, using plant-based ingredients, and are made without any harsh chemicals. These wipes are Pediatrician and Dermatologist tested, and a bit hit with mamas, too!

  • Pumping Flanges

    Flanges Sizes 13mm-32mm.

Compatible with Spectra wide mouth bottles, AVENT bottles, and Maymom wide mouth bottles.

  • Flange Inserts- Shorty Series

These silicone inserts bring flange are placed inside your 24mm flange to create the smaller size that you need (13-21mm sizes available).

Compatible with Medela, Spectra, Elvie, Momcozy, Willow, Motif Luna/Ameda pump flanges.

I recommend using lubricant while pumping (as always), but especially with inserts!

  • Pumpin' Pals Silicone Flange Inserts

Inserts kit with lubricating spray and storage bag. Another great option for silicone flange insert that is well-known as being super comfy!

  • Hand Pump

This hand pump is lightweight, convenient, and effective. I loved mine for travel, or if I just needed to run out of the house for a short period of time.

  • Vitamin D Drops

Every breastfed baby should be getting vitamin D supplementation of 400 IU daily, per recommendations by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Alternatively, a breastfeeding mother can take 6400 IU daily to boost the vitamin D content of her milk. Many mothers choose to give Vitamin D directly to baby, and this 1 dose concentrated drop is my favorite option for that.

  • Evenflo Balance+ Bottles- Standard Neck

This is my top recommendation for bottles for breastfed babies! Gradual sloped nipple is ideal for deep latch, like at the breast.

There is a wide-neck version also if that works better for your baby. Smaller infants may need the standard neck.

Standard nipple by itself (without the bottle) can be found on the Evenflo website directly or Target.

  • Evenflo Balance+ Bottles- Wide Neck

Same amazing nipple shape as the standard neck, just wider base.

Nipple alone (without bottle) can be found directly on the Evenflo website or Target.

Wide neck nipple is compatible with the following bottles:

    • Dr. Brown’s wide neck

    • MAM

    • Nuk

    • Avent

    • Nanobebe

    • Spectra

    • Lansinoh

    • Maymom

    • Parent’s choice
