FAQs

  • Right after purchase, you’ll receive an email with your Milk Supply S.O.S. course guide. This includes a link to the YouTube course playlist and written Strategy Guide which summarizes everything in the course in a simple, easy-to-reference handout, links to references included.

  • When you begin the course, you’ll choose 1 of 3 protocols based on your current milk supply concerns and how far you are postpartum. While increasing milk supply is most effective in the first few weeks, boosting supply after that is still possible. To be 100% transparent, every mother is different and you may not be able to boost it enough to meet all of your baby’s needs, but some increase is still very much within reach.

And don’t worry - my more milk guarantee is in place for times like this. If you take the course and implement changes and see zero increase in supply, simply email me and I’ll refund your money. I’m here to help you, not take advantage.

  • It typically takes 10-14 days to see an increase in milk supply when implementing changes such as those covered inside the course. Some moms see results sooner, some later - up to 2-4 weeks. So allowing 4 weeks (or 30 days) gives your body all the time it needs to respond.

  • The course covers strategies for boosting supply even for exclusively nursing mothers. In many cases though, adding in some pumping is very beneficial for supply, even when it’s just a short-term investment like 2-4 weeks. After that, you may be able to remove the pumping sessions and return to exclusively nursing once supply is up where you need it to be.

  • While staying well hydrated and eating well, even eating traditional foods used for years to support milk production, are good… there’s SO much more that goes into milk supply. And this course covers all of them.
